Rehearsing with Kris!

We had a great time up North last Friday! We not only got to jam with our awesome new bass player Kris Wahl, we also got to do it in a fabulous new rehearsal space the Fisher brothers are putting together for The Human Tribe. This song came out of our first Road Trip Writing Session as we were headed up to record with the Fisher Brothers in the Seattle area. You can find earlier versions of the song on this site and on our facebook page (Born To Fly Band FB).   This recording was done at the Historic Everette Theatre in Everette Washington. We'll be headed back there to open up for Blood Sweat & Tears on Saturday May 26th and we can't wait!!

We just got this footage back from a shoot we did last summer at the Waterfront Park in Portland. It was a great time being on that big stage and watching people's reactions while hearing our music for the first time.

We had the great privilege of recording at the wonderful Robert Lang Studios in Seattle this past Friday evening. Walking through the hallways there and seeing all the multi-platinum albums and artist testimonials was very inspiring. A huge thanks to Michael and Roger Fisher for providing yet another amazing experience for Born To Fly!!
